Dance classes encourage movement and good health.
Our members have dance classes 5 days a week. The classes are divided by different age groups from 4 to 12 years old. Our members participate in the following types of dance:
- Ballet
- Tap
- Jazz
- African
- Hip-Hop
- Modern
Our dance class goals are to:
- Build our member confidence.
- Build self-esteem/respect for themselves and others.
- Improve members’ health, body coordination, and self-discipline.
- Enrich our members’ lives with exposure to different types of dance.
