    Dance Classes

    Dance classes encourage movement and good health.

    Our members have dance classes 5 days a week. The classes are divided by different age groups from 4 to 12 years old. Our members participate in the following types of dance:

    • Ballet
    • Tap
    • Jazz
    • African
    • Hip-Hop
    • Modern

    Our dance class goals are to:

    • Build our member confidence.
    • Build self-esteem/respect for themselves and others.
    • Improve members’ health, body coordination, and self-discipline.
    • Enrich our members’ lives with exposure to different types of dance.
