Kids Klub members in grades 3, 4, and 5 who exhibit good behavior, good decision making skills, and positive attitude are allowed to be a part of the Leadership Team.
Team members help in all areas of the program. Members receive first hand experience of helping others, responsibility and positive self esteem.
Child Care Alliance believes allowing our Kids Klub members to see themselves as leaders promotes and actualizes a positive self image.
