Cleta D. Paige-Cain
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cleta D. Paige-Cain and I am the Executive Director of Child Care Alliance. I have over 20 years of experience working with children from 6 weeks to 18 years of age. I have received both a Bachelors and Masters of Special Education.
If I could share that one thing that really gives my life meaning, is viewing the joy on a child’s face when they are having their first experience. It is equally fulfilling to realize that I was a part of that first experience.
Child Care Alliance provides many first experiences to our inner city children and their families. Because we are the sum of our experiences, Child Care Alliance’s team strives to build strong foundations and a loving, structured environment.
Growing up in Chicago, life presented many challenges. One such challenge resulted in having to sleep in my car. I believe my life has had a very different positive outcome because I was fortunate to have some very caring people around me; people who challenged me and revealed my individual intelligence and potential. I truly enjoy working with children and the families of Child Care Alliance and feel fortunate to be able to repay the kindness of the past, that was given to me.
